This is permanent life insurance, with a paid-up-at-65 option that keeps coverage in force to age 100. Premiums are locked in and will never increase; the death benefit is locked in and will never decrease. And it's fully portable — if an employee leaves the business for any reason, the policy goes with them, unchanged.
